What 2021 Has Taught Me

Dear 2021,

I can’t believe our time together is almost over and I still mistake you for 2020. You've gone by in a blur. But you've taught me some valuable lessons, so I want to thank you before you go.

Thank you for teaching me that life is not mine to control. I’ve learned to loosen my grip and to let go of expectations. You’ve taught me to accept life as it is and myself as I am. And that in every moment, I’m exactly where I need to be.

Thank you for teaching me that my heart knows best. If it doesn’t feel right then it’s not right. This lesson has been showing up in the collective as allyship, the Great Resignation, and movements for diversity and inclusion. I hope you're proud that we're listening to our hearts.

Finally, you’ve shown us that the world is interconnected. We're not as separate or divided as we think. We share the good, the bad, and the responsibility for it all. Thank you for reminding me that my choices and actions matter because I’m part of a greater whole.

I have no idea what to expect in 2022. And I’m okay with that because I’m hopeful that the lessons we’ve learned this year will evolve into something beautiful in the years to come.

Thank you and goodbye.

Love,
Jung Jin

Thank you for your contributint to my well being, providing me with a resource for delightful tea online. I am thoroughly enjoying the Jasmine Tea and the Oolong Tea from the gift set, so nicely discounted because of a dating error. Appreciate it very much.
A most Blessed and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ahead. Joy to the World which shall be to all people, the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ the Lord.
God Bless,
Judith Meyers
